Gulfstream Aerospace has enhanced the capabilities of its Customer Support Performance Analytics program, further strengthening its ability to transform aircraft data into actionable insights that support proactive maintenance planning and maximize fleet availability. By leveraging advanced analytics, the program helps operators streamline service planning, minimize scheduling disruptions, and improve aircraft readiness.
The solution integrates aircraft health monitoring data, operational metrics, and maintenance records to deliver a comprehensive view of aircraft performance and overall system condition. Supported by the enhanced connectivity and visibility of Gulfstream’s next-generation aircraft, the company's technical specialists analyze this information to identify trends, anticipate maintenance needs, and provide customers with practical, cost-effective recommendations aimed at optimizing operations and reducing downtime.
Lor Izzard, senior vice president, Gulfstream Customer Support commented: "Gulfstream's Performance Analytics program reflects our continued investment in solutions that help customers maximize the value of their aircraft and enhance their ownership experience. By leveraging the advanced technologies integrated into our aircraft, we can identify developing trends early and provide customers with insights that reduce downtime and operating costs while making more informed maintenance and operational decisions.”
A key differentiator of Gulfstream’s Performance Analytics program is the cross-functional team of aircraft technical experts, systems engineers, software architects and analytics specialists behind it. By combining fleetwide data with decades of aircraft knowledge, these team members develop targeted solutions that streamline troubleshooting, optimize maintenance planning and support customer operations.
The Performance Analytics program continuously monitors key aircraft systems across multiple fleets and has already helped Gulfstream teams proactively address nearly 100 potential operational events before they occurred this year. Users receive proactive maintenance, service and spare parts recommendations, detailed system performance reporting and support for environmental and engine applications. Gulfstream expects to more than double its current analytics capabilities in the first half of 2027 as the program expands across additional aircraft systems and models.
