Air Baltic Corporation AS , Latvia’s national airline and the leading carrier in the Baltic States, announced that airBaltic and its subsidiaries participating in the voluntary Chapter 11 proceedings have filed their first monthly operating reports with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the U.S. Court). The reports cover the period from September 14 to September 30, 2026, representing the first 17 days of the Chapter 11 process.
Monthly operating reports are a standard component of Chapter 11 proceedings, providing the U.S. Court and other stakeholders with regular updates on the financial condition and operational activities of each entity involved in the process. airBaltic will continue to submit monthly reports throughout the duration of the proceedings and will publish selected financial information alongside each filing.
The financial information included in the first monthly operating reports relates to the period between September 14 and September 30, 2026. The data is preliminary and unaudited and has not been reviewed by the Company’s independent auditor. All figures in the report are presented in U.S. dollars, with euro-denominated amounts converted at an exchange rate of EUR 1.00 to USD 1.14.
The reports have been prepared exclusively to satisfy Chapter 11 reporting obligations. They apply only to the entities subject to the proceedings and are based on those entities’ books and records, using the best information currently available and the Company’s historical accounting practices. They have not been prepared in accordance with IFRS, U.S. GAAP, or Euronext Dublin reporting standards and are not intended to reconcile with the consolidated financial statements of the airBaltic Group.
As the reports have not undergone the full review procedures and adjustments typically applied to interim financial statements, the information remains subject to material revision. The figures reflect a limited and specific reporting period and should not be regarded as indicative of airBaltic’s performance for any other period or of its future results, nor should they be compared directly with previously published financial statements.
airBaltic will continue to publish its annual and interim financial statements in accordance with its standard reporting requirements.
The airline also continues to operate flights as scheduled. All existing tickets and reservations remain valid, customers may continue booking and travelling as usual, and no action is required from passengers.
